Established in 2005, CAFU is a national NGO working to sustain uninterrupted access to priority health care, support the health and stability of more than 8,000 families through antiretroviral therapy (ART) services, and empower communities to thrive.

Children’s AIDS Fund Uganda works with communities to reduce the impact of HIV and strengthen family wellbeing. Our work connects priority health care with social support, livelihoods and stronger local systems.
We bring these areas together so that children, adolescents and caregivers can access care and take part in community life.
